Family-friendly home in quiet neighborhood close to everything San Diego has to offer! 15 minutes to La Jolla Shores, 20 minutes to Pacific Beach, Balboa Park, downtown, Petco Park, and airport.
Enjoy parks, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more, all about 1.5 miles away (we often walked to them with our children when we lived here).
Home has a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twin beds, and a full size fold out couch in the living room. Second bathroom also has shower/tub combo.
Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a meal during your stay.
The fully fenced backyard is great for relaxing, playing, or dining outside. Feel free to grab an avocado or orange from the trees.

Summary: A beautiful home, very family friendly! A nice, quiet neighborhood also made for a very relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we could’ve needed, supplied by the homeowners. The beds were comfortable too! The kids enjoyed the Wii and played in the backyard with the variety of balls found in the garage. Thank you for a wonderful experience while we visited San Diego!!

Summary: This immaculate home was exactly as shown in the photos. It was a lovely place for our extended family to get together for a few days in San Diego. The living area is perfect to spend time together and the bedrooms felt private. We loved the peaceful back yard. And there were plenty of toys and equipment for children in the house to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was super easy to get downtown to Balboa Park and to La Jolla to see the seals and sea lions. But afterwards we could return to this quiet oasis to relax together. We hope to return someday!

Summary: As was mentioned in other reviews, the property was clean, well-organized, convenient to San Diego attractions and close to grocery stores. We especially appreciated that one of the bedrooms had twin beds to accommodate our two grandchildren. Although we were not traveling with a baby/toddler, it was clear that there were many items for a younger child (e.g. high chair/portacrib). Even though we were staying over the holidays, we still made use of the beach chairs and beach toys. On a final note, the owner was incredibly prompt and accommodating when responding to our inquiries.

Summary: We decided to spend our holidays at the beach this year and this house did not disappoint. We had two families, small children and the house was perfect for all of our needs. We are coming back in a year and will definitely be booking again if available. Mitch was also great to communicate with and any questions we had he was very prompt at answering.

Summary: This property and location was exceptional for our vacation. It was close to a couple of beaches and San Diego Zoo was just a short drive. It was close to restaurants and shopping, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and provided all we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys.
