Summary: Very nice home. Large cozy rooms. Kitchen clean and well-supplied for ease of cooking. Excellent views of lake & wild life. Yard is very rocky and has a severe grade so was difficult to walk around. There was no LP gas for grill ( had to use the charcoal grill). Sinks in master bath would back-up with water when used. Good privacy. Overall was an enjoyable stay.

Summary: The view cannot be beat. We felt this was a great value for the rental fee. The main great rm. is a little dark and could use improved lighting. There were some minor maintenance issues but even with this we couldn't imagine staying anywhere better.

Summary: The house is cozy and has a great view. We saw deer, squirrels, humming birds, turkey vultures, and bats on or above the property every day that we were there. The property manager is available via phone or text, and ready to deal with any questions or issues you have if needed.

Summary: The view could not be beat and was absolutely perfect for my close friend to propose to his now fiancé! And our group of friends were able to celebrate accordingly at this awesome property and at Beaver Lake. The house was a great size for us to be spread out but also close to enjoy each other’s company. A great night relaxing on the deck and listening to music. We met up with the fiancés family at the dock down the hill to enjoy a day out on the lake and the views on the water were just as amazing as they were from the deck. The memories made at this property are some we will never will forget. Our group chatted that we loved this stay so much we may just came back together for more fun! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Summary: Very well equipped home, with an incredible view from the sunroom and deck. It has many extras, such as the ping pong table, folding chairs, etc in garage. It was everything and more that our family needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: There is so much to love about this home. The setting can’t be beat. The view of the lake is amazing. So many rentals take strategic photos to make it look like you can’t see the neighbors, but in this case, you are truly secluded! The driveway is definitely steep! The house is super spacious, and we loved the bedrooms and all the toys and books for the kids. The house is really well stocked, which made us feel so at home! The host was so kind and easy to communicate with!! Our only complaint is the kitchen needed a deep clean and many pots and pans are on their last leg. The lighting in the common areas was really dim. We ended up bringing a lamp from the kids’ room out so we could see better. Overall, we had a great time. Eureka Springs is 30 minutes away and lots of fun. We also took the kids to the wildcat sanctuary about 20 min away, and they loved it. We would stay again if we ever come back to the area!

Summary: This property absolutely surpassed my expectations. It's very secluded on a mountain side with an enormous deck looking over beaver lake. The owners provided so many things that I didn't have to buy such as every spice/condiment you can think of, paper towels/trash bags, so many kids toys/board games, and even an Xbox!!! And every bedroom has sliding doors that go out to the deck. I will absolutely be renting here again soon. Thank you for such a beautiful getaway.

Summary: This quiet, somewhat secluded property has a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. We spent a few days here for our 35th wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect place. We drove into Eureka Springs a few times for sight seeing. We also drove to Rogers for antique shopping (about an hour's drive), and also did some hiking in the Hobbs Conservation area (about a 40 min drive). But our favorite spot is the Big Clifty area right down the street from the lake house. The views of the rocks surrounding the lake are better than any views we saw when we went hiking. The wood burning fireplace was an added plus, since most places we've rented seem to only have gas heaters. Be sure to bring your own firewood, though. I especially enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor, since most rental homes I looked at in the area were decorated with the bulky, uncomfortable "Papa Bear" furniture. Megan is a wonderful host--very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. We hope to return sometime.
