The apartment 'Lavender' is a bright, comfortable apartment with a south-facing terrace and its own entrance due to the slight southern slope. Our two bedrooms are modern. If desired, an additional single bed can be added in a bedroom. In the first-class kitchen you will find z. B. Hot air / grill, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and numerous other accessories. To relax, the apartment has a corner sofa with armchair. The dining area seats up to six people. Our house is located away from through traffic on the outskirts, the meadows, fields and forests begin right next to our property. In front of our house you can watch rabbits or deer. On our property there is a lawn with sun loungers and various seating. A swing, table tennis and table football is also available! Numerous flowers and shrubs enrich the property.

Summary: The four of us (me, my spouse, and parents) enjoyed the second half of our European adventure at this peaceful, spacious, and very well-equipped home. Our hosts were so hospitable and accommodating, and we would certainly recommend this property to anyone traveling near Nuremberg as we were.

Summary: Our second visit to this lovely holiday house(and perhaps not our last!). A well-equipped and decorated accommodation, set in beautiful surroundings. A car is definitely required but worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet it offers. This property is suitable for all ages and is a great base for touring the lovely towns and villages in the area. Lots of beautiful castles and palaces to visit and theme parks for younger visitors. The owners were perfect hosts, offering recommmendations and advice and genuine Franconican hospitality. Would thouroughly recommend.

Summary: We spent a week in this property in the Franconia region. The description and photographs were absolutely accurate and the property was beautifully decorated, well laid out and well equipped. The owner and family were very friendly and welcoming and provided us with lots of useful information about local places of interest. We visited Rothenburg ob der tauber, Wurzburg, Nurnberg and Geiselwind theme park amongst other places but felt there was lots more to see and do in the area. A car is needed for this property but it was great to enjoy the peace and quiet in the lovely surroundings. This is one of the best holiday properties we have visited and would definitely recommend.
