Positive: Upstairs and kitchen was beautifully done. Master bedroom is huge. Bathroom upstairs is also huge and beautifully done. It’s in a convenient location. Easy to get to. Walmart and Costco were close by. Kitchen is lovely.
Negative: Didn’t like dealing with the host. He had too many rules including paying for parking at his property in cash (which means he comes and collects it. Ideally we don’t want to be bothered). There is only one full bath for the 3 bedrooms . It’s not clear that the house is being shared with other guests in the basement. The laundry is also down in the basement so there is a chance you will run into them. One of the rules is that you can’t use the laundry machines during peak hours which can be inconvenient when you are traveling with a baby. The garbage and trash sorting was confusing and the host hadn’t provided enough trash bags so we went and bought our own and turns out it was the wrong trash bags .

Positive: Our stay at this property was perfect. It was very quiet and the neighborhood was very safe. There was plenty of room for myself and my whole family. The location was excellent for our trip since it’s pretty central and only 20 min drives to wherever we were going. The property owner was very accommodating and replied very quickly to any type of questions or concerns. The price was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Toronto.

Positive: Amazing place! Spacious and super clean. The host really went out of his way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We were a family of 5 with three young kids. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again next time we visit Canada. No complaints at all !

Positive: The house facilities are good and the kitchen is clean to make food. The location is good for me to meet my friends as it is close to the Chinese community and there are many Chinese restaurants or supermarkets around the area.

Positive: Very well presented home. Extremely clean. Three bedrooms was perfect for our group of 4 x adults and 2 x young children. A child’s crib was also provided which was very convenient. Faisal is a very good host and immediately responsive to any queries. A children’s park is within walking distance. Groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. The shower is good and spacious.
Negative: The property is described as having two bathrooms which is not the case. There is only one bathroom with shower upstairs for all occupants to have shared use of. This is possibly the biggest drawback of the house. It should be listed as 1.5 bathrooms as there is a toilet with sink, downstairs. The air conditioning cannot be controlled by guests. It was uncomfortably hot on our first night but Faisal came over and lowered the temperature the following day. Another thing that was not on the Booking.com description of the property is that the basement of this house is let out as a separate unit. Again, the advertising is misleading as I assumed it was a house that we had sole occupancy of. The driveway is shared if the basement is occupied. Cars cannot be parked alongside each other. Washing facilities exist but there are timings for when laundry can be done. There was also an extra charge for car parking in the driveway, but Faisal did not charge us when I queried it.
