Positive: The house was very cozy, quiet and close to where we needed to be. Doug is a fantastic host and very responsive to all my questions and was always polite and accommodating. This is a great getaway place for a family with small kids. I would definitely stay there again.
Negative: The parking area was a little small and distant from the units. If you end up arriving late in the day it is hard to find a space to park. It's basically a first come first serve to a find a decent spot.
Summary: Relaxing and quite the nice cabin style stay.

Positive: Bathrooms were nicely renovated and clean. Communication with host was great. After I identified our problems, the host assured me that he would rectify them and immediately issued a nice refund.
Negative: Stairs and path to unit were treacherous because they weren't cleared of snowpack. The untreated sulfer water is malodorous.

Positive: We were so glad we could bring our dog, otherwise we would not have been able to travel. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly.
Negative: It took a while for the place to heat up and the master bedroom was cool on the first night. It is 17 minutes (rather than 10) to Boyne Mountain.

Positive: The host is very kind and the place is really quiet and cozy.
Negative: Hot water has sulphuric smell as the host guided. It doesn't matter for us, however if you're sensitive about it, you should prepare for it.
