Enjoy all the attractions of Cambridge city centre then get a good night's sleep in peaceful surroundings. Based in the tranquil and green village of Girton, only 10 minutes by car/bus, to the centre of Cambridge. Good for couples & solo travellers.
The annex is adjoined to my house but is private; self contained, with its own front door and entrance hall.
The property comprises of bedroom with double bed and smart tv, sitting room with kitchen area, including a washing machine, fridge, oven/hob and sofa bed, good size bathroom with large shower, hair dryer provided.
Parking is provided off the road (on the drive in front of the property).
The village of Girton is close enough to cycle (15 mins), drive (10 mins), bus (10 mins) or walk in to historic Cambridge.
The village itself has two pubs, both serving great food, a small supermarket, hairdressers, florist and lovely walks across the fields. There is also a golf course in the village.
Girton, Fitzwilliam, Churchill, Murray Edwards and Magdalene colleges and the Moller Centre are all less than 10 minutes away by car.
The American Cemetery in Madingley is also only a ten minute drive away.
The second bed is a sofa bed and although it is designed to sleep two, it may be a bit cosy.
