3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds (160 and 140) and 1 with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom (bath / shower, wc and 2 sinks), 1 separate wc, 1 living room (50m2) with TV, DVD and Wifi. Open fitted kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), 1 cellar with washing machine.

Summary: We stayed at this charming holiday house nearby Sarlat. We loved to be there. The house was very clean. We love to cook on our own and all the equipment we need was available. Sylvie our host was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much Sylvie for your hospitality and friendly talks and to gave us peace and quit to enjoy our holiday. The house itself was very cozy with good beds! Titia will certainly use one of your recipes to try. Certainly a place to go back again and explore the superb surroundings.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying at this house, the host Sylvie was very friendly and helpful at all times and we loved the area. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's also in a quiet & peaceful location but only 10 minutes to Sarlat La Caneda.

Summary: A fantastic property in a beautiful location! The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a family holiday, including a great swimming pool that the children loved. The house is in a quiet rural location, but only a 10 min drive into Sarlat and there is lots to see and do in the area with most attractions about a 25 min drive away. Sylvie (the hostess) met us on arrival and spent time showing us around the house which was very clean and well maintained. The bottle of wine, juice for the children and homemade cakes was a lovely touch. Sylvie was extremely friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with in communications before we arrived and during our stay. She is very knowledgeable about the area with some great suggestions for days out. She also has a beautiful dog who loves attention! We had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back.

Summary: You could not ask for a more idyllic setting as my husband was recovering from an emergency medical situation on our vacation. The homeowners live right next door and welcomed us to an immaculate and beautifully decorated home with homemade treats and a lovely bottle of wine. I even got the recipe from Sylvie for the walnut muffins. There is a huge grocery within 3 miles of the house and the house location allows you to visit lots of nearby beautiful, historic towns. Summary: It's only a few miles outside of Sarlat and the principal grocery store, but feels like you are in the countryside. Light and spacious, it's a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Silve the hostess, is attentive without being intrusive. Her English is good for those of us with limited French. If asked she is full of suggestions of her favorite things in the region. Great private pool. The kitchen has what you need for cooking, and the TV a beautiful 50" + LED

Summary: Lovely well equipped house in a very quiet rural location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Friendly owner who only live next door so had that extra feeling of security. The house is located close to Sarlat , only 5 min drive to the supermarket. Plenty to do and see in the region for all ages and levels of fitness although most will require a bit of a drive to see the more touristy sights. The pool was lovely and well maintained, children stayed swimming till late at night. Overall a lovely holiday in a superb house in a beautiful region. We would definitely go back.

Summary: A very well furnished villa in a beautiful rural location. The villa had a nice homely feel about it and had absolutely everything we needed for our holiday. Outside facilities included a fantastic pool, table tennis table, BBQs, plus occasional visits from the owners very friendly dog. A car is essential for the short drive into Sarlat-la-Caneda where a wide selection of shops and restaurants is waiting to be explored.

Summary: It was our second stay in this beautiful house. The region offers such a big variety of things to do. So it was a simple decision to choose this house again. Everything was perfect as expected. The hosts do everything to give you an enjoyable stay. And they added some further improvements: new terrace with new furniture and awning, a new stone-built barbecue and a small fountain close to the pool. It was again simply a wonderful time in this house. We can only recommend it.

Summary: We stayed in a lovely house in the countryside, very calm and relaxing, but also close to Sarlat with all shopping facilities. The house was spotless, well equipped with erverythig necessary and was perfectly maintained. Everything was in high standard, including air-conditioning, WiFi, huge flatscreen TV and DVD-player. The heated swimming pool was absolutely great and also well maintained. Finally, not to forget, the charming English-speaking host who provided us with home-made jam and salad from her garden. It was simply a perfect stay and can be highly recommended, couldn't be better.
