6 Bedroom House in Briggs Farm, Narragansett

This is a great house in a central location! You are 1/2 mile of driving distance to several area beaches and local favorite restaurants and only a few miles to local shopping. You have 2 decks (top deck great for viewing the beautiful sunsets), large yard, plenty of parking, gas grill, central air, laundry in house, outdoor shower and plenty of relaxing space. This home has a great set up if you wanted to share with 2 families (3 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor). Last spring this home received a complete makeover on the inside! BRAND NEW Beds, Mattresses, Furniture, Dishes, new flooring, Vanities and Granite Counters. Some outside yard work will be added this Spring.
