Kick back & relax in this charming two bedroom Harbour Island home! Beautiful and updated interior with two queen beds and central AC!
Water views from the deck, living room and guest bedroom - watch boats sail by and the sun set over the water. The neighborhood salt pond beach offers calm water, swimming dock, picnic tables and bonfire pit with seating just down the street (3 minute walk), and additional swimming area/kayak launch right around the corner (2 minute walk)!
This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.
This home is new to the Narragansett vacation rental scene and furnished with all new furniture, including La-Z-Boy leather power reclining sofa and recliners in the living room, and a Pottery Barn dresser with foldout desk in the master bedroom! Plus, light blocking shades in bedrooms for peaceful rest.
This is one of the last original ‘60s Berger beach cottages left on Harbour Island--- a vintage getaway filled with modern comforts!
- 5 minute drive to grocery and liquor stores, coffee, restaurants and mini golf
- Less than 10 minute drive to Scarborough and Narragansett beaches
- 10 minute drive to Galilee, where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, Roger Wheeler and Salty brine beaches and the ferry to Block Island
- 15 minute drive to Matunuck beaches and Oyster Bar
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: The cottage was delightful-close to beaches, shopping. Living room seating was so comfortable and watching the sunset from the deck was so calming. We would definitely come back

Summary: This cottage met our needs completely. Everything was fresh and clean. We didn't want for anything as the kitchen was completely stocked. I grew up summering on Harbour Island as well my Mother lives there full time, so I know it well. Perfect location, even though your not on the water you feel like you are with the beautiful view and walking distance to the island beach. Property mgrs are great communicators and super friendly! Go and enjoy!

Summary: The house was great! We had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The TV had regular cable service, which was fantastic. The neighborhood/water view was also great. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a TV in one of the bedrooms, but that is personal preference.

Summary: We had a great stay. The home was so tidy and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware we needed and a small amount of basics for cooking (olive oil, spices, etc.). We loved the deck for some great water views while sipping our morning coffee or enjoying a beverage during golden hour. We had great communication with the host and would definitely rent again!

Summary: Quaint and cute beach cottage located in a charming water-base neighborhood which allows for great walking and outdoor activities. Super close to all the great restaurants and attractions including the beaches. Perfect place for a summer get away.

Summary: We loved this house and can’t wait to come back! The views are amazing. All the furniture, inside and out, looks brand new and is incredibly comfortable, and luxurious. The deck faces west looking out at the water, so we got to enjoy sunset dinners at night. The property is very well maintained, and the house was spotless, fully stocked and beautifully decorated in a bright, fresh style. Everything we needed was there - extra blankets, laundry detergent, etc. plus a full TV package. Perfect location for exploring Narragansett and the surrounding areas and it’s a short drive to everything. Harbour Island is quiet, scenic, and walkable and this house sits on a cove with warm, calm water - a hidden gem!
