Cute 4 Bed 2 Bath farmhouse style home just minutes from Temple. Secluded, fenced backyard. Washer and Dryer in unit, fast internet, smart tvs, utilities, trash and lawn care included. No neighbors nearby.
We are not booking for the Eclipse weekend until mid March.

Summary: The place was clean and as advertised. The host was very accommodating and added some nice touches. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. There were a few good eating options within a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We were in town visiting colleges from Austin to College Station to Waco! Temple was in the middle of them all. The house was perfect for our family, situated among lots of farmland, peace and quiet. Either sitting out on the front porch, or the back porch there were tons of butterflies and birds fluttering around. The longhorns (Moses and Samson) and Pearl visited throughout the day and were a beautiful site to see! There was also 4 little kittens living in the brush just outside the fence, which made for a bit of fun too! Mel was very nice and communicated the house instructions well. If my kids end up at any of the colleges we visited, I would definitely rent again! It may be helpful to get a list of restaurants, grocers and pharmacies for the next renters...though we eventually figured it out! And maybe get a newer frying pan and spatula so we could cook more at the house. 5 star stay, thanks again!
