Large country estate on 600 acres near Memphis that was completely renovated in 2015. Take in a game at the Univ of Memphis or Ole Miss, enjoy the local sights and restaurants, and then escape to a relaxing space to commune with friends and nature. Our charming fifty year-old farmhouse is perfect for a family reunion, business retreat, or weekend getaway. The house includes a large screened porch, outdoor grill and patio with seating, ADA bathroom on main floor, newly installed AC/Heat, and newly renovated large kitchen. Wi-Fi (please remember we are in the county so our WiFi is not like what is available in the city), Large TV with cable, pool table, expansive living room with two dining areas. New washer and dryer along with new kitchen appliances including standalone KitchenAid ice machine. New mattresses & linens in each room were purchased in July 2015.
Reclaimed antique flooring, chestnut barn doors, old brick, and beams were installed throughout the house as part of the renovation.
We have a barn/event center near the farm house. There is the possibility that there could be an event going on during your stay.

Summary: This property was quite beautiful in a rustic area, very woodsy! Plenty of room for our larger than life family with ping pong & pool to entertain the teens! Two full tables to comfortably fit an entourage! The only surprise was all the stuffed animals that greeted us!!

Summary: Our family came from many states to celebrate a milestone birthday. Locating a home that could accommodate our brood was so important. I can’t say enough about this beautiful farmhouse. It was more than perfect! It had room for everyone! The space is so inviting, we could relax and visit together. We even took the family on a sporting clays outing on the property. The hosts are so kind. We will be coming back for sure!

Summary: Came to town with a group of 13 for a bowl game in Memphis. The accommodations were sewell suited for our family and the property had a great deal of space to enjoy the outdoors. We were thankful we decided to stay here and hope to make it out again in the future. Next time we may do some duck hunting!

Summary: Loved the property and grounds. Unique farmhouse with lots of room and beds. Lots of room for privacy and gathering. Spent Christmas week here and enjoyed things in Memphis area. Big drawback for us was lack of good internet. Working on computer was not really possible unless you were outside the house. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. Enjoyed petting the horses and dogs! We hired a photographer to come and take family pictures. This is a great backdrop for pictures!

Summary: This house was perfect. Our group enjoyed the setting and space away from neighbors. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. We grilled out a couple times and enjoyed the fire pit. I highly recommend. Only subtle feedback was the internet was a little slow.

Summary: This is a great place to stay for large groups. There is space galore with nicely appointed bathrooms. The ADA bathroom was also great for my elderly grandmother. Even better Tom and Tamar were accommodating and great to rent from. One note, there are lots of animal heads (moose, elk, deer, ram, ducks, Turkey, etc) in the great room that aren’t shown in the photos. So, if you’re squeamish, you may want to look elsewhere. We were fine with it overall, and we would definitely rent here again.
