In the heart of the Périgord Noir, in the golden triangle (between Sarlat, Montignac and Les Eyzies), close to the small village of Plazac, also called the hidden treasure of the Perigord, we offer our comfortable Perigord house located in a small hamlet on the heights of Plazac. In this green setting, you will appreciate the calm, the panoramic view of the valley, the private pool 10 x 5 secure and the large garden with fruit trees.
The ground floor consists of a large living area with a table for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, an opening onto the covered terrace facing west and a separate parental area (bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower).
The floor consists of two bedrooms (a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds), a shower room, a separate toilet and a large mezzanine with a double bed in a private area. If necessary, a sofa can accommodate two additional people upstairs.
From the house, you can fully enjoy the area to walk (hiking trail nearby), bike (mountain bike and road), go fishing or even discover small local producers (truffles, snails , duck, crafts ...)

Summary: It was an amazing and fabulos Holiday. Everytime we would visite this beautiful house in this dreamful area again.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable week at this Gite. The pool, gardens and view were a particular highlight. The house is traditional and well serviced. Barbara was very helpful on arrival, and with communication prior to arrrival. The local produce left for us to enjoy was gratefully received and delicious! There is plenty of seating inside and out, which was perfect for our family of 6, and meant we could enjoy all areas of the house and garden, dependant on the time of day and temperature. Overall the house was clean and tidy, but a reduction on kitchen items would have made for easier cleaning and the pantry cupboard may need a clearout, as seemed to be more leftovers from previous guests, rather than useful items. We were lucky with the weather, which meant the upstairs bedrooms were very warm, but fans were provided, which was great! We would happliy return in the future.

Summary: We stayed two weeks at the property. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, however, we came across some issues. To bathroom did have dirt from previous guests, and the thirth room was in the corridor.

Summary: We had such a lovely time as an extended family staying here. The house, pool and location were fab! Great communication all the way. And great that there were fans in the bedrooms too!! Thanks

Summary: This property had everything we like - large living areas, good sized bedrooms, a large veranda so we could always sit and eat outside, and a fabulous swimming pool. If we needed anything at all then the local property managers Bernard and France were easily contactable and willing to help. We sadly had some misfortune with a car breakdown on the way there but Bernard tried to help us with a local mechanic before we drove home. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great week, which of course went too fast(!), but would firmly recommend this house as a great place to stay.
