Summary: Best Host ever! Property is beautiful, spotless, and quiet. All the little extra touches and amenities make it the perfect place to stay after a long chaotic day at a dance competition. Diane is absolutely amazing! Responds right away. She even had a “Welcome Dancers” sign hanging for the girls to see when they walked in. Really made their day! Thank you Diane!

Summary: There were 9 of us that stayed at Hickory Lane House for the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was wonderful! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay. The owner goes above and beyond by providing extras like snacks, drinks and toiletries. She even provided a homemade pie, which was delicious! Thank you! We will definitely be back next year!

Summary: Our family had such a great time relaxing and spending time together at Hickory Lane House! The house and amenities are beautiful and so nice to use. Very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were great to work with and provided so many thoughtful touches at the house to make our stay special. Great location for easy access to fall festivals in the area.

Summary: We booked this beautiful home for our family during an unexpected and unimaginable loss of a beloved family member. Diane was so thoughtful to leave a cherry pie to welcome us. Upon arrival we were blown away by the beauty and serenity of the property. The cleanliness of the home was outstanding. The many gathering areas in the home provided spaces for us to be together as well as enjoy time to ourselves. The bedrooms are large and beds are so comfortable. I think the sheets had been meticulously ironed! No detail left out! From the robes and slippers to every snack you could want and all the toiletries, which were so appreciated when you’re packing under duress and can easily forget them! The chalkboard in the kitchen with all of the WiFi and details about where to find things in the home is a great help as is the cute little maps of the property!! The pond and fish food were such a nice bonus too! We hiked the trails as a family and enjoyed so many laughs! The huge garage turned banquet area was perfect for a large group meal! Thank you Diane for sharing your beautiful property with our family ❤️

Summary: I really wish platforms would not require me to fill out text boxes to complete an otherwise stellar review. This is not a knock on the property, but on VRBO's review process. The property was lovely, well maintained, safe, and just what we needed.
