Summary: Home was a perfect getaway for our family over the holidays. Enjoyed the fire pit and making smores. The dining area has plenty of seating making our Christmas Dinner warm and cozy. Love the roominess of this country farm house. Close to everything. We went to Pine Mountain, Callaway Gardens, Peach Orchards and lots of other shops. Owner was easy to reach and very nice. Don't let this one slip through your fingertips. Its a diamond in the rough. J. Wolfe and Family

Summary: When i entered, the house was humungous. 3 living rooms, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. There was quiet a few repairs that needed to be fixed, ligtning in kitchen, ping pong table, fan in living room,... ext When i did come in both of the beds in back part where you enter were messy, floors had not been swept exspecially under counches, dishes in dishstrainer, towels still in washer, one bedroom in double room was very wrinkly for bed suit. First impression was not okay but the size of the house was perfect for the kids. I loved the firepit, we did smores out there. Gazebo lights were not hooked up. Have a ring camrea at back door which is there right but coming on with a flashing light at night time can trigger someone with elipisy. Overall i loved it but recommend someone else to clean it or go behind and check before guest arrive. Thank goodness i like cleaning or i would have been upset! Thank you for allowing my family to stay and would recomend but just wanted to share my experience. Not critizing owner because i know stuff happens but a heads up would have been nice instead of walking in to it. Trains are close by which is relaxing to me. Water is 10 mins away and the piggly wiggly that is in thomston is high priced!

Summary: This home is located in a small south Georgia town called Woodland. It is exactly what we were looking for. We took day trips into different areas of South Central Georgia. It is in a great location to tour places like Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Providence Canyon in Lumpkin, Atlanta, Columbus, Macon, LaGrange and so many more places ithout being in the hustle and bustle of a busy town or city. Just what we were looking for. Fun for the whole family! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: The host was so nice and was available anytime I called! It was such a relaxing visit and in a quiet neighborhood. It's literally like 10 minutes away from Warm Springs, The Little White House, The Fish Hatchery, and even closer to the Dlint River Outdoor Center. The host had everything we needed! Such a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The location was near much of what we came to the area for. On the other hand, despite the house being large, it was not very clean and nothing was mentioned of the multiple trains passing by across the street each night.

Summary: Property was adequate. Poor communication during check-in process. No emails, calls returned. Finally got the check-in email at 7:10 pm. We arrived at 6:00pm.
