Romantic, family-friendly self-catering holiday accomodation with Scandinavian flair in a quiet location in the south-western city of Munich. With the underground only 8 minutes to te Oktoberfest (no change required).
The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed (1,80 m), a Sofa (sofa bed) and sitting area (23 sqm), a dining room with dining area, kitchen, sofa (sofa bed), flat screen televisions, DVD players and stereo equipment, a bathroom (4 sq.m. ), a dressing room (4.5 m) with modern sliding doors and a heated oven. All rooms are on the ground floor (first floor). Outside, there is a stone patio with east exposure (17 sqm). The flat has no garden. In the house there is only this one apartment.
Because of the location of the accommodation in the south-west part of Munich, you easily reach all highways south / mountains and do not have to cross the city. The property is therefore ideally suited for day hikes and day ski excursions. At the same time the property is connected directly and perfectly with the city center. The journey time from the subway to Marienplatz Aidenbachstraße is only 12 minutes. With a bicycle you can travel directly nearby the river Isar in the city center.

Summary: We had a great stay and our Host was the best. He gave us insights into the neighborhood. Great Restaurants and shopping all were walkable. The cottage was charming. Updated kitchen and bath. There was parking close by.

Summary: We spent a really good time in this cozy stay, the apartment is full furnished in a perfect position close to all services. We will stay again in this place on our next trip and we highly suggested it

Summary: Would HIGHLY recommend this place! A beautiful guest house behind the owners house. Parking is on the street - which for us (coming from Florida) was a little different. The place I thought was pretty large - much bigger than the pictures showed in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. You can tell they put in the time to think of what people would need while on vacation. Local places to eat as well. We we were there for the Christmas markets so took the public transportation a lot. The public transportation was great and pretty close to the place. Owners were amazing. We ended up needing an extra night due to the snow storm and being unable to leave. We were able to arrange with them to stay one more night. Thank goodness! They are quick to respond to any questions. Internet speeds were quick (I had to work and we streamed shows).

Summary: The house was very quaint. The layout a little odd, having others stay on the pullout in the living room , as the only bathroom is off the living room. It was spacious enough and worked for the amount of time we were there. The Own was great, she answered all our questions. We had no issues at check in or chsck out.
