Two bedroom two bath one story house. The house has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, except the food. The house sleeps 6, with a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and two twin air mattresses where they can be placed in multiple area of the house. Our house is close to downtown Wilmington as well as close to the world equestrian center. All furniture is brand new and extremely comfortable.

Summary: RENTER BEWARE- property reviews states this is often double booked which we found to be true when we arrived at the property. We were not provided check in information prior to arrival and had to contact property manager who did immediately made us aware that it was double booked and wanted to move us to another location. We were already on site and requested to stay there since we were first arrival. It ultimately worked out for us however BEWARE listing is also on another site.

Summary: Initially booked for 10 nights, Jonathan was flexible and with short notice let us add a day to avoid traveling in bad weather. House is spacious, with everything you need for your stay. Quick response when we had a question. Convenient to WEC and town. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The house was perfect for our 4 day stay for Thanksgiving holiday with family. We had a few glitches in the checking in process as I'm not schooled in using a code to get into garages. Once I called and got instructions we were good to go! The house was clean and linens smelled fresh! Would definitely stay again while visiting family in the Wilmington area.

Summary: They double booked the house , only messaging on this platform , they never emailed, text, or called. Only finding out a few days before hand that the place we paid for wasn’t available. They did offer a different house but it wanted comparable to this home. It didn’t have two bathrooms and it wasn’t as nice I am assuming this house is. The house they put us in was okay but smelled. The didn’t go out of their way for us. And didn’t give us enou notice to make a difference booking. We booked this in March. They had to know that they double booked before a few days before our reservation.
