Summary: The overall property and stay were great. The only thing is the 4th bedroom was not as expected but was not a problem. The location being 1.5 miles from IRB was fantastic, and also central to Publix and other shops. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: This house was really perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, was in a quiet and safe location, and the pool was amazing! Rick was a very accommodating host. When we did have questions he responded right away. We have been to IRB several times but this has been the best property so far. We plan on coming back!

Summary: The house met all our expectations: clean, neat, organized, open floor plan with great family meeting space, and accurate and timely instructions! A TV in every room. The pool was spacious, with plenty of pool toys used by the grand children. Home was close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, very convenient! We would highly recommend this property!

Summary: If you’re debating between this rental and another, pick this one. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the layout and the pool area. Communication with Rick was great. He responded right away with any questions. The location is minutes from everything.
