The space
Our private hot tub nook is the 1st amenity that greets our guests as they drive down our driveway. Our Jacuzzi hot tub seats 7, has a powerful massage which includes four Rotational Jets, a jetted foot dome, a back and shoulder waterfall & LED lighting.
Our 3 bedroom 3 bath home w/ an extra nook is perfect for 2+ families who want to make lasting memories. Our main floor is accessible w/ 1 step from the front and no steps from the side entrance. We have an open floor plan w/ a fully stocked kitchen connected to our living room, dining room and fun room. The dining room & fun room areas each have a sliding door leading to the main deck where we have an outdoor dining table overlooking the lake that seats 6 and another smaller table that can seat up to 4 people. The main deck also has a grill. The master bedroom w/ a king bed has an attached full bathroom and a flat screen 31" TV w/ a Roku streaming stick 4k. The living room has a futon & a 55" smart TV. The fun room has a foosball table and another futon. The kitchen has a Keurig, Mr Coffee maker, Ninja blender, 7 quart crockpot, spices, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc. Finally, there is a bathroom where guests can shower before jumping into the hot tub.
A flight of stairs leads to the lower level of our home where we have a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom w/ two triple bunk beds (totaling 6 twin beds) and a nook w/ a triple bunk bed (3 twin beds). The lower level also has a bathroom, a separate laundry room w/ a washer & dryer & a built in table which can be used as a separate work space. The whole house has highspeed 200 Mbps internet. The den has a flat screen 31" TV w/ a Roku streaming stick 4k, plus plenty of board games. In the winter, feel free to bring wood burning stove wood pellets if you would like to use the fireplace in the downstairs den. The den also has a sliding door that leads to our lower deck where we have another seating area for enjoying the lake view. A flight of 27 steps from the lower level leads to our patio area which features a waterfall, 2 fire pits & a great view of the lake.
Our private dock has an 11' wide x29' long boat slip, a water slide, swim platform, 2 kayaks & a lily pad. Please contact us for details if bringing a boat. From the patio area there are 33 steps down to the dock.
KID & PET FRIENDLY
We have a Graco Pack ‘N Play and a portable adjustable baby and pet gate to block the stairway, if needed.
Guest access
Guests have access to our entire home, 2 decks, patio area & private dock. Guests will not have access to 2 owner's closets & garage.
Other things to note
We have a shared driveway to our house, located at the bottom of the hill. The driveway is somewhat steep down to the house. There is room for parking up to 4 regular sized vehicles that runs the length of the front of the home. Additionally, there is an RV hookup. Note that the neighbors park on the left side. Also, for larger vehicles like trucks, we recommend backing down the driveway for ease when you are leaving.

Summary: Our family enjoyed the homey feeling of this place. Lots of space for everyone. The decor is great. Plenty of spots to sleep. The kitchen appliances and amenities are great! There is plenty of bath and swim towels. The laundry room is so handy and they stock with detergent. They also stock a lot of seasonings, cooking oils, flour, soaps, shampoo and conditioners, bug spray (but we didn’t need), extra blankets, and life jackets for all sizes. The private dock with slide and lily pad our family loved! You’re in a cove and off a no wake so it was pretty calm especially during the week. The hot tub was good to use. The steep driveway and not much grass area for pet would be a minor complaint. Otherwise it’s a great place in many ways!

Summary: Our entire experience was amazing. The host was extremely responsive and kind, the property was exactly as advertised (and clean), and there were numerous activities for family and children. I would highly recommend this place if you're staying in the Ozarks.

Summary: This place has the perfect set up and we had more than enough room for our family of four plus my parents. My teen boys had a blast kayaking… so did my husband and I. It was a bite chilly but so relaxing. Loved being able to sit around the firepit and watch them fish off the dock. The hot tub nook was so nice! Thanks for the great memories made!

Summary: Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house! We had a blast! We had great weather and enjoyed playing games on the deck. We enjoyed the foosball table and the hot tub. The house was very clean and comfortable! No complaints here! Very quiet area midweek in March!

Summary: Property was in a great location, we enjoyed the wildlife and the hot tub. A few suggestions would be some microwave safe plates/bowls. Floors need to be mopped to remove food and dog hair that were stuck to our socks as we walked inside on night one. Outside on the deck a quick clean up of table area would have been nice. We arrived to previous smoker debris.Thanksgiving Recovery The fire pit area could have used a quick leaf removal. We could not use that area. An informational booklet of the area and house would have been nice. We would have liked to use the fireplace, but were unsure of how to operate. Laundry room was excellent and well supplied. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Summary: We have stayed at this property before and liked it because it was very clean and the location on the lake was very pretty. There were a lot of leaves in the driveway but we discovered a leaf blower in the closet and were able to clear it off. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub very much. It’s probably the nicest hot tub that we’ve ever used.
