For a one-bedroom, the loft is incredibly large and easily accommodates four people and up to two furry friends. Whether you`re traveling for work or visiting family, this classic style with a modern, open concept feel is quiet and convenient.

No events/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time. Pet fees for pre-approved pets are $25 per night, per pet, up to two pets and are non-refundable.

The entire loft is your space. The sleeping area is up a set of stairs.
I`m committed to doing whatever I can to make your stay the best it can be. I absolutely love this city and would be delighted to share with you some of my favorite restaurants, museums, parks or attractions. I respect your privacy and will communicate as little or as much as you wish.
The home is less than a mile from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, in a quiet and friendly area to stroll on the neighborhood sidewalks.
Please do what you can to keep the number of vehicles parked at the home to fewer than 2. If additional parking is needed, please contact me so we can arrange a solution.
There is one off-street parking spots on a large, shared parking platform. There is also room on the street, and it`s not a busy street at all, but please do your best to leave the street parking for our neighbors.
There is a supermarket, drug store, and convenience store all within a 10-15 minute walking distance, but there are hills to climb on the way back. All of these destinations are about 3 minutes by car.
There will likely be electric scooters available for rent nearby.
I`m available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you. It is always my pleasure to make suggestions on where to go and what to do - from museums to my favorite walkable streets.
You will also receive a guidebook three days before check-in with recommendations and instructions for the appliances in the home.
Pet fees for pre-approved pets are $25 per night, per pet, up to two pets. These are additional, non-refundable fees to allow you to travel with your fur babies.

We appreciate you taking a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return at least 72 hours before your arrival. The address and door code will only be provided if the form is complete.
2. If you are local and / or under the age of 25 please notify us before making your reservation.
3. We may place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. This is primarily for guests without an established track record of reviews from previous hosts.
4. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow our standard cancellation policy.
5. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 9:00 pm until 9:00am; please be respectful of the neighbors.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed
7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number. And guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
8. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted inside the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage.
There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
9. There can not be any more than the registered number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
10. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $25 Pet fee will be applied per pet, per night.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 50 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).
11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
• At departure: Please wash or place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher
• Please bag up all trash and place in the outdoor containers (see house guidebook for instructions)
• Please follow all posted/guidebook rules for properties with special amenities like fire pits and hot tubs
12. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.
13. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. If you do leave something important behind, we will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
16. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
FOR MEDIUM-TERM (30+ DAYS) STAYS ONLY:
17. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
18. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we may require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning may take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning may be mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
19. The cleaning fee for the mid-stay clean may be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.
20. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more). For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable

Summary: Incredibly quiet neighborhood consistant the entire week even whilst the neighboring house hosted a gathering. Neighboring residents although close all around seemed respectful above average in regard to appropriate noise level. Everyone would come and go peacfully. The loft apartment was very fresh and clean and the perfect cozy size. Highly recomend this place to others.

Summary: I would describe this rental as a cross between a cabin and a studio / loft apartment, and there are some great aspects to it: I loved having no shared walls with noisy neighbors to disturb my dog; I enjoyed the privacy and the dedicated parking spot; and the unit is decently furnished. I would say that the unit could use more regular deep cleans and maintenance checks, but there was nothing at issue with the high-use areas that I couldn’t address quickly myself, and the rental manager was quick to help with anything in the unit. I took regular walks with my dog in the neighborhood as well, and to me it had a very “good fences make good neighbors” vibe. There were also many houses with highly reactive dogs, so I had to adjust out route a few times. All in all though we had a good trip, and we enjoyed the pros of renting this unit.

Summary: I had a quick stay in town with my dog. I was preparing for an interview in the city and the place I had booked was without power. Fortunately, I found this place in a jiffy and it was perfect! Really well acquainted, decent neighborhood to walk my dog, and the view of the tree tops out of the skylights was a nice surprise! Perfect place to stay near the city in a cozy and quaint loft. Safe off street parking and the deluxe towels were a nice bonus!

Summary: Wanted a quiet place to sleep within 10 min from the city. Nothing spectacular, but it had everything needed for me and my son. Slept well and easy ride into Pitt. Fired Up tap house was close w/ solid food & drink. Antney's ice cream shop was also close, and very good. If looking for an easy place to crash just outside the city, this is your spot.

Summary: Fell in love with this place, the dogs had a great time and were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was also easily accessible and a relatively short distance from everything we wanted to do in the North Shore, Southside, and downtown. We hope to stay here again soon!

Summary: This space is a former stable or carriage house, nicely updated. The sleeping loft is ample in size, and the trundle bed is a nice touch. The couch downstairs is also not bad to sleep on. We appreciated the full-size fridge with a real freezer, compared to the lame dorm fridges that hotels mostly provide. We were here for around a week while we waited for our movers. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts replied promptly to communication and graciously enacted several suggestions I had for improvements.
