Summary: Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only bad experience was the elevator, seemed like only one was working and when everyone is trying to get down at the same time to head to the Steelers game it was a bit of a mess, i would say it took us about 10-15 mins.

Summary: There wasn't any information in the room about things available in the hotel. For example, no guide for tv channels, restaurants in the hotel or the neighborhood. Could we order room service or did you have to go to the restaurant?

Summary: Room was very clean. Service was great, Mitchell was a great guy. Breakfast was criwded and limited menu because of a hockey tournament which made the breakfast not worth 18 bucks.

Summary: Check in staff was extremely courteous. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was no deferred maintenance in the room. Breakfast was absolutely awesome. Couldn't believe that there was someone on staff to custom make your omelet to order
