Summary: This was a great little getaway house for a trip to Six Flags. In a nice neighborhood, nice yard and three bedrooms - two baths. Pool table was an added bonus! Thank you!

Summary: The only negative to really be mentioned is that the ceiling fans are showing their age a little. A little fiddling was necessary to get a silent operation out of them. But that was definitely doable and not too challenging. Master Suite fan seemed perfectly happy though. Oh, that and someone apparently stole/tossed the cable remote having left the TV stuck on NewsMax -- but we stream our entertainment, so no big deal for us, but probably annoying for some. Outside of this, the yard is perfect for dogs, the house comfortable sleeps 6, the kitchen and bathrooms are clean, the pool table is nice, there is no microwave (so if that's a big deal to you, plan accordingly -- the kitchen is fully equipped otherwise, so you can always reheat the old school way... using a stove). The local neighbourhood was very quiet, there are some amount of good restaurants and other facilities nearby. I-5 is close, but it should be noted that LA is never fast to get to, so that 20+ mile drive could take you ... 20 minutes, or ... 2 hours. So definitely check the map on your phone, and follow recommended detours because I-5 is seemingly very unpredictable. Didn't personally take advantage of the proximity of 6 flags, but certainly an option if Disney or Universal isn't enticing enough to risk the drive.

Summary: House was stocked with items you never think of, bug spray being the one that helped the most so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. Everyone enjoyed the stay and loved the views. House was clean and well kept. We cooked some meals and did some laundry and everything worked properly. Would stay again.

Summary: We had a fantastic visit to Samta Clarita. This home was perfect for us. It was close to all the attractions and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and secure.
