Summary: Property did not deserve advertised rating. It was not clean, I cleaned the living room pictures and cleaning cloth was very dirty when finished. Counter top also had to be cleaned. It smelled stale! There was junk laying in the garage floor and closets. The master room dresser was dirty inside. The backyard was unusable for our pets due to poor drainage and poor condition of grass. The carpet needs to be clean or replaced.
