There are walking trails, running trails, biking available, swimming pool, o a covered cabana, outdoor dining and grill area. Easy access to all types of shopping. The space is updated with comfortable BED! Greenville is an exciting and very city with amazing downtown life, restaurants, art, museums, a zoo, a tremendous biking trail, 2 amazing show and performance venues with all off broadway productions, unique shopping and many street festivals! Summary: In August 2024, myself & 2 girlfriends booked this property for 4 days/3 nights to relax in the sun & enjoy the pool. Turns out we chose the perfect place. The vast farm upon which the house sits provides a backdrop of lush green grass & fields, tall trees and perfect privacy! The house was just spotlessly clean. We were provided with thick towels, super-comfy beds and the kitchen has pretty much all you need to prepare basic meals. If you’d rather cook outdoors, a nice barbecue grill is steps away. The pool is amazing! Bigger than it looked in photos & surrounded by a nicely landscaped yard. We couldn’t have imagined a more serene retreat. The host, Julie Carothers, came by to introduce herself, provide info on Greer & Greenville and ask if we needed anything. We found her to be a friendly, helpful host. She responds quickly if needed, but respects one’s privacy as well. Our too-short stay here was totally positive in every way! We plan to return in the future and recommend it highly.

Summary: Great location. Plenty of shopping, restaurants nearby. Pool is a huge plus! Host is gracious and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Just loved loved loved our stay! We were in town visiting friends for a few days and this was perfect! Immaculate and everything we needed! Julie was so accommodating. Loved Oscar and his morning greetings! We will definitely return!

Summary: The property was large, beautiful and peaceful. Very relaxing. Close to restaurants and other attractions and activities. We enjoyed Oscar the cat alot, he is very sweet. The pool and hot tub was just what we needed combined with the atmosphere it was priceless!!!

Summary: Such a wonderful stay, we've already booked another. After a few other failed attempts in the area, we found this retreat. My father-in-law lives nearby, so this is a frequent destination for us. A large one bedroom/one bath, with fantastic sitting area both indoor and outside allowed us to relax here for hours. Oscar the cat is a nice attendant (just don't allow him inside). Sightings of Meg the horse are amazing. Of course, the host, Julie, will greet you upon arrival if timing is right, and make sure all is great. Property is a ranch with acres of grass and massive trees which provide a relaxing view and complete separation from the surrounding area. Quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The outside gazebo is comfy, and includes a couch, chairs, fan, firepit, tv, grill, jacuzzi and pool. What more could one want? We enjoyed the afternoon/evenings under the gazebo, sitting on the comfy furniture by the fire pit.
