Rent includes WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Smart TV and utilities including a tenant controllable A/C system. Parking for one vehicle. Summary: The neighborhood strikes just the right balance--upscale but relaxed. It is quiet and affords a beautiful view of Lake Travis. There is a great patio area. The place is perfect for a couple, with just enough of a kitchen to make a meal; there is a Le Creuset saucepan and small skillet. We enjoyed the unique artwork throughout the apartment, too. There are hiking trails nearby, which was also a plus. We would definitely recommend.
