Positive: Location was great, check in was easy. The A/C worked great.
Negative: My first impression of the home was that it appeared to look clean but I was a bit disappointed after looking around. There are a few things that I noticed, the washer had a musty smell and appeared to have mold, there was only one tide pod left in the laundry room I had to bring my own to wash the towels. I wash a blanket I found upstairs multiple times in attempt to get rid of a odor and was unsuccessful. The dishes that were available had some food residue from previous occupants I don't blame them as much since there was no dish scrubber available. The kitchen cabinets were dirty inside and out.
Summary: Location was great, but needs some attention.
