This extremely charming 1200 square foot vacation rental home sits at the end of a mile-long driveway that cuts through 100 acres of pasture land. The guest house features a tastefully decorated master bedroom, living room, library and kitchen with a loft containing two additional beds and sitting area with tv and DVD player. Outside you have a porch and two decks to enjoy the views
Watch deer and horses grazing in a nearby pastures. Take a lovely walk around the ranch or simply kick back and enjoy the serenity. After unwinding, take advantage of some of the country's best mountain biking and hiking trails, white water rafting, fishing or one of Durango's exceptional dining experiences. Summary: It’s really a perfect location. Durango is just a short drive away, but it’s also very private and very quiet. Francie, the hounds and the horses are all great. It simply doesn’t get any better.

Summary: We stayed a week at this property and it was just wonderful. It is a beautiful horse ranch that is very secluded and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes to the nearest town. There’s tons to do with Durango and Mesa Verde fairly close.

Summary: The cabin was so cosy to return to after a day of exploring. So convenient for exploring both Mesa Verde and Durango hikes. The kitchen had everything we needed.Loved sitting on the deck watching and listening to the birds. The perfect place to de stress . I loved it!

Summary: The Ranch is a perfect, quiet location. Located near Durango, we were able to venture out to the Mesa Verde and Silverton. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Summary: The entire ranch was beautiful and well maintained. The scenery is outstanding! The cabin we stayed in was a good size and clean (the only exception was the oven/needs cleaning). For me personally, I couldn’t sleep on the double bed (too firm and I felt like I was uneven) but slept ok in one of the single beds upstairs. The host was friendly and attentive. I would recommend this vrbo to anyone who loves to get away from the town and have some tranquility.

Summary: The wife and I were looking for a place torelax and have a home base to explore the Durango area from. Well this was the perfect spot! We enjoy remote locations to stay in. HD Ranch fit this requirement perfectly. The daily visits from the 3 Hound Dogs was the icing on the cake for us. We will definitely consider this in the future when traveling through the area.
