Enjoy approximately 2500 square feet of a open floor plan with a huge kitchen and a eating area.
The home has several sitting areas with the most awesome view of the valley. The house is situated on a large lot facing east into the morning sun. It has two decks, one on front and a two tiered deck on the rear with BBQ along with outside security camera for Security Purposes.
Walking into the front door puts you in one of two living room areas on the main floor and looking into a large kitchen with a 4 x 6 island with a sink and dishwasher. The floor is finished with Brazilian Cherry hardwood throughout most of the floor.
The other sitting area is on the front of the house with three large windows to look in all directions of the valley. The main floor has a master bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a freestanding tub andwasher and dryer.
Upstairs gives you two bedrooms, one being another large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and sitting area. The second room is also spacious and has a queen beds and sitting area.
The bathroom possesses a double sink, vanity with mirror and a 4' shower.
The basement is finished with 9' ceilings. There is 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The family room is spacious and has a large flat screen TV with DVD. The bathroom downstairs is a three piece with a shower.
There also is over 300 DVDs to View. This Vacation Rental is Charged 4% on Guest stays for Alberta Tourism Levy. Under 28 day stays.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family all meeting together in one central place from the north and south of Alberta. Clean and not too fussy. Full sized fridge plus a full sized freezer was great! A roof over our heads at night in a very quiet little hamlet feeling comfortable and free to visit and play together with grandkids. Locals very friendly. Fascinating Museum full of history and stories that even kept the grandkids wanting to go again.... plus playgrounds just down the street or across the street. Very interesting little artist shops. Lots of fun things further down highway from the Hoodoos to the Tyrel Museum. Plus a small beach for water, and sand play at Newcastle Beach. Or indoor pool and outdoor splash park in Drumheller.

Summary: We stayed here for a large group family vacation to visit Drumheller. Although it is a bit far from Drumheller, there was quite a bit to do and see in and around East Coulee. That was a pleasant surprise! There was lots of space in this rental with a surprising amount of privacy. Lots of bedrooms and space to relax and socialize. Very clean and organized. We would definitely go back!
