Summary: We had a really lovely time at this villa. The owners, Sara and Mimmo, were incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted with a delicious meal, which after a delayed flight and trouble with hiring our car was gratefully received! The villa itself is in a residential area so feels very authentic and not at all touristy which for us was great. The villa has everything you need. The beaches near the villa were lovely with beautiful clear blue seas. You do need a car but it is in a good location to visit other areas. We visited Taormina, Mount Etna, Santa Venerina, Acireale , as well as Acicastello and Torre Archirafi. There is still plenty to see and we hope to visit again soon.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this villa on the east coast of Sicily. The owners could not have been more welcoming, staying up late (we were delayed by lengthy hire car check in process) to greet us and provide us with a typical Sicilian meal and a guided tour of the villa. The villa was really well equipped: we could have entertained a large party of guests, lots of towels and I cannot think of anything that I missed from my kitchen at home.The swimming pool is a very good size for a villa of this price. It was cleaned regularly. The garden is planted with wonderful trees and shrubs including a Jasmine which filled the evening air with a delightful scent as we dined "al fresco." The owners had lots of good suggestions for places to visit. The Villa is located a little way in from the coast but this is easily accessed by car in a short time. We did lots of snorkelling, climbed Mount Etna and day tripped to Taormina, ,Syracuse and saw some amazing mosaics at a roman Villa near Enna. Ragusa and Noto ( possibly the best ice cream in the world) to the south east are also worth a visit. Days spent reading by the pool and generally relaxing were also great! If you enjoy music and the Arts there are concerts held in the ancient Greek theatre at Taormina and an international music festival at Ragusa. At Noto there was a Picasso and Frida Kahlo event. Great villa in a good location. The owners speak really good French as well as German and Spanish. We are very happy to recommend this villa and will definitely return if we can. Thank you

Summary: If you want to be pampered, Italianised and spoiled for choice, go to Mimmo and Sarah's!❤️ On top of falling in love with Sicily, you will become addicted to Mimmo and Sarah's house. The biggest danger of staying there is that you never want to leave the house and may miss out on all the wonders around you.

Summary: Great place with high standarts of comfort and unique hospitality of the owners Sara and Mimmo. Our children were happy to swim in the pool and to play piano in the living room. Mimmo gave us some lessons of sicilian cooking. Our best holidays!

Summary: Sara and Mimo are very, very nice people. They really care about their hosts. We spent a very good week. When we arrived, even if it was late, they were waiting to drive us to the house, and they also prepared a very nice diner. The house is large and very well equipped. We spent good time cooking with local products : tuna, oil, salad, garlic, lemon, ... it was a great pleasure. The children spent very good time (jumping in the pool and playing in the garden !) Thanks again for this very good week. I guess that we will see each other again in Sicilia ...

Summary: "Mimmo and Sara are the perfect hosts; they are welcoming, generous and genuinely want you to have the best stay possible, whilst leaving you in peace. Their house is lovely, with a well equipped kitchen and the backgarden overlooking the pool was perfect. With 2 teenaged sons a computer with internet access and TV with Sky (where US programmes can be watched in English and there is BBC and Sky news)was appreciated. Their house feels like it is in the country and it was great to wake each morning and see what Etna was doing. We wish we were still there!"

Summary: "Just as we returned from holiday in Sicily where I was lucky to live in a villa belonging to some wonderful people: Mimmo and Sara. Two very nice people, very much sense at the same time willing to give good advice regarding places to visit, where to buy the best and freshest foods Sicilian cuisine, or you help cook a meal-specific, to recommend a restaurant where you eat well and cheaply, in a word some special people. The pool very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, living intimately with a nice fireplace and piano, garden salad filled with fresh strawberries,basil, lemon, secluded and very quiet however we have made to have a holidaywonderful and make us think we turn with pleasure to Mimmo and Sara, even if ourhabit is to never spend more time in the same place. The fact that we own a tour operator travel agency in Iasi, Romania, which gave us the opportunity to travel in many parts of the world and see all sorts of places I think gives us the authority to say that this location is very suitable for a family looking for a price /best quality, in a quiet location with all facilities necessary for developing a peaceful holiday."

Summary: "Wonderful house and marvellous owners - we have simply spent amazing 2 weeks in sunny Sicily enjoying beautiful country with its rich history and culture as well as perfect hospitality, service and heartiness.
