Positive: Continental breakfast was very nice. Fresh delicious fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, juice, and warm bread. Room was lovely, extremely comfortable bedding. Quiet area at night and very safe. Kind and helpful staff.
Negative: I kindly suggest the staff have music playing in the common area to create more ambiance during meals and to use the space. I think there should also be more seating indoors.

Negative: We were left alone in the property staff left at 5pm it was scary . I accidentally booked for 2 different days and the property never called me back. I tried canceling online and there’s a fee for that. When it says free cancellation.
Summary: 6 days went by and still no call back.

Positive: The house is gourgeous, a true boutique hotel. Perfectly curated. Very cozy, The views are also amazing, the garden well maintaned, the kitchen is super cute, and the service is really dedicated.
Negative: Breakfast was average and portions small, so a bit pricey. Sometimes can be noisy due to the neighboring parties in houses nextdoor. The main suite second bed is not comfortable.
Summary: A true boutique hotel with great views and gardens.

Positive: Oasis. Beautiful garden. Art everywhere. Very unusual architecture as the dining room and living room had cathedral high ceilings. Wonderful staff. Sometimes things were in Zen mexico time. Superb breakfast. They always had water bottles for you. Great clean pool. Very safe also at night. Great restaurants in Malinalco. Our favorites were Los Placeres and la Valentina. Much as gracias.
Negative: Stray Barking dogs at night we know it's part of Mexico A public tee kettle for hot water in the kitchen would be great. I would love it if hotels in that category would install a filtered water system so the waste of little plastic bottles would slow down.

Positive: There's lots to like about this place. Bright rooms with comfortable beds. A lovely enclosed patio for breakfast/meals. Beautiful art. Beautiful views of the valley from upstairs rooms.
Negative: I couldn't get the hot water to work, it wasn't clear which tap was hot or cold. There was something next door which had a pungent smell depending on the wind direction.
