Positive: Beutifully decorated spacious stone house. Complete preparation for cooking and eating (welcome bread, butter, milk, mango juice, jam, slice ham and cheeze and cookies). They gave eggs also. We really enjoyed fireplace with plenty of firewood. We had special experience of orange tree, kiwi tree and lemon tree. well working. Very friendly owner.

Negative: Difficult approach from Viseu. Driving in night time is not recommend.

Positive: Beautiful big old house with superb wild garden (lemons, oranges, etc) with fresh eggs and great swimming pool. Host is super welcoming and helpful with many tips and great welcoming snacks and drinks!

Positive: Absolutely stunning location. The hosts were so kind, helpful and made the trip amazing. grounds are breathtaking. I could not recommend, absloute dream!!!! Pool is fab, grounds were so fun and animals adorable. I would love to return again

Positive: We chose this because we were two couples and it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also wanted to have a kitchen. It fit all the requirements. The one standout of the entire place is its host, Virginia! What a wonderful and hospitable person! The fresh eggs from the chickens were a wonderful treat every day! Fresh oranges on the property and fresh bread delivered daily! We also appreciated having a washing machine as we were on the road for a couple of weeks! This was definitely a unique experience and had the weather been better I am sure my review would be higher.

Negative: Unfortunately, the weather was terrible. Nothing the host can do about that! The drive in and out of the Quinta is a winding, steep drive so made going out for dinner at night impossible for us. The rain also made everything damp inside and musty. I am sure in the dry season this is an absolutely lovely place.
