Positive: The villa was huge and in an excellent location only 5/10 min Uber ride from the new and old town Albufeira. There’s a local shop a 2 min walk away. The pool was heated and clean and staff came and checked PH halfway through the holiday. Bedrooms were good sizes, beds comfortable, plenty of seating and living areas on each floor. 2 kitchens a bbq a pizza oven, Table tennis, darts, pool table, table football Was a home from Home Highly recommend and Tony and Dave couldn’t do enough for us!
Summary: Amazing villa definitely worth a visit for a group of 16-18

Positive: Hosts were lovely and very kind, offering to get us arrival groceries as we flew in very late. Stayed with families with kids and we all had a blast. Area is slightly more residential due to the size of the property I suspect but no complaints from us, really easy to get an Uber and good prices too.
Negative: Nothing! Enjoyed it. No complaints.
