Positive: Beautiful property and pool. Excellent service from the manager who works extremely hard.
Negative: We only had cleaning every other day and not at weekends so we had no cleaning for 3 days from Friday to Sunday. Not a big problem but clean towels would have been appreciated. We also had very noisy neighbours who were partying at 6am for the local festival. Staff presence on site through the night would have been helpful.
Summary: A lovely stay and we will return.

Positive: The property is new, clean, beautiful. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend and stay again there.
Negative: Bathroom and kitchen consumables are not available (shampoo, salt, oil, etc) but I guess it’s just a good to know before than a negative point.

Positive: Immaculate accommodation and pool area. Everything felt very new and almost unused in some instances . Staff helpful and efficient. Nice touches and great view from master balcony. I just lerrrved the Coffee machine
Negative: Struggling to find anything slightly off. I guess the water pressure was a little weaker than usual however the shower was very clean and as new. It is difficult to book as it is very popular with the Swedes ! I am being very picky though

Positive: One of the best accommodations we've stayed at in the Algarve region! Very friendly welcome, appartement was great, with very comfortable room, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living room area to cook your own food and be comfortable, and the swimming pool was perfect to relax after a busy day. The area is one of the best in Algarve, and the flat is outside of the crowded busy regions, offering a quiet and relaxed setting. We had great recommendations to watch the sunset and to eat outside of the touristic traps (don't miss the Cozinha da avo!!).
Negative: We were missing a few basic things in the flat like olive oil, salt and vinegar, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I understand it's more like an appart hotel where you need to buy everything at the supermarket, but if you have a short stay it's not convenient.

Positive: Grounds were beautiful, very helpful stuff. Hugo was extremely helpful, the best beach was recommended by him and he helped us couple of times with the door locks, since we have locked ourselves out.
Negative: I would love to have a bbq area on the property.
