Positive: Host was lovely. Very concerned with our comfort and happiness. The property is beautiful and large. The two friendly canine ambassadors was a nice bonus. I wish we would have had time to stay for more than one night.

Positive: Maria, thank you for the hospitality you made our week unforgettable. The location is great in a friendly neighborhood and very quiet. large garden and kid friendly to play. The breakfast was very good with a wide assortment of products. Overall a great place to stay. Important the train station is nearby to go for Lisbon.

Positive: The quinta grounds are lovely. Great facilities for a family stay - vast grassland, a playground, nice pool, commun kitchen and bbq facilities. Very quiet and tranquil. Free parking adjacent to the rooms. The breakfast is simple but of a good quality. The room is huge.

Negative: The room amenities are somewhat old. The bed mattress is basic and a bit hard. The water in the shower was just warm - not cold but not really hot.

Summary: A unique, charming place. With an upgrade of the room's basic amenities can be a 10, but it's not

Positive: This place is very hidden, the only way to get there is by car. If you go by taxi, you really are stranded. The family renovated an old building, with a lot of history. Great work, very impressive, I loved the old furniture and decor. The house ids in a floodplain, the place has a musty smell, which contributes to the originality, but might annoy some people. The host, Maria is absolutely lovely, we had a great chat about the history of the place. The breakfast was modest, but it had everything you might want. Very clean.

Negative: The old building and furniture has a bit of dated smell, though the whole place is freshly renovated.
