A natural wonderland with stunning beaches, breathtaking scenery, unique wildlife, and a rich history, it's a must-see place in Australia. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities

These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding areas, including the 9-hole put course and equipment (golf clubs and golf balls). There is a small putting course on our property and a local golf course in close proximity to our property. We also supply golf clubs and golf balls if needed, for more information please your host 24 hrs in advance via message.

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We offer reliable Wi-Fi. If the signal is weak, try moving closer to the main house for a better connection.
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
