Positive: Comfy parking spaces and very big rooms, 10% discount to boats to Saint Tropez offered
Negative: Cleaning was not performed, change of towels only twice per week, since our time margin was outside these days we did not receive the new towels in a three day margin. Asking outside these thin time frames would be extra charged. The nice mansion is not the place where you stay which was not clear to me when i booked. Pool far from the place we actually stayed so we did not visit it.

Positive: The appartment was nice and clean. Super shower. We had partial seaview. Nice spacious balcony. No complaints there.
Negative: We arrived at 16.45 and were looking forward to go to the inside pool and spa. The receptionist told us that the hotel and restaurant were closed. No access. We were disappointed as we choose this hotel for the spa and swimming pool which were in the hotel and for the restaurant. She said you booked an appartment. That's it. Nothing more and nothing less. The next day when we checked out we found out that the pool and spa were not closed. It was open from 15.00 till 18.30. We would have had ample time to go yesterday but we got misinformed. Clearly they did not want us to use the spa and pool. Too much hassle for one couple. We were not happy. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel. We paid the full price including access to the pool and spa but did not get it. And then after all this they charged us 10 euros for the dog. Nasty. Oh btw there are works going on just outside the appartment. We were not told about this. Do not expect a sleep in or a nice relaxing ime on the balcony.

Positive: Location was ideal for sainte maxime. A short walk into town and the beach. Please be mindful it is on a short hill.
Negative: The indoor swimming pool was very cold. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable causing a bad back. Only one small square pillow also

Positive: Located close to the historic center and the water. Quiet location. Big swimming pool. The restaurant staff was very friendly and food was excellent. Breakfast is excellent value for money.
Negative: The bungalows are clearly in need to be modernized and upgraded. This facility is at its origin a labor union vacation facility from the 1970s and that shows.
Summary: Property is a sleeping beauty but in dire need for an upgrade.

Positive: Perfect location close to waterfront and centre of town of Sainte-Maxime. Great size apartment that had everything you needed for a few days stay but easily could have stayed for weeks! Clean and tidy.
