Positive: Everything from check in, the room, the giant tub, the swimming pool (even in winter), the walking tracks etc. We didn’t get to the gallery or playground this time but love every aspect! The staff are so kind and lovely too!
Negative: I don’t love the car parking in the rain. We have a three and four year old who often fall asleep in the car (especially after long days exploring). Carrying them up the hill isn’t an option so parking in the drop off zone is what we did and took one in at a time. Thankfully our eldest was able to bravely wait in the room while dad brought the second sleeper in. This meant however that other guests were waiting in the turning circle as there were others parked in the drive through section, unloading bags etc (before we arrived).

Positive: Staff are friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Great location.
Negative: The view overlooking the pool and car park wasn’t the best. No privacy if I had the curtains open. I would have liked room service and the bed is a little hard for me but not too bad.
