Positive: The hotel was easy to find and get to. Outside secure parking, easy entry and exit. The Hotel is exceptionally tidy and clean with fantastic decor. The Host at the entrance was professional and polite. The rooms are just perfect, everything you may need and more. The restaurant food was absolutely a treat to savor, the waiters and waitresses were kind professional and very helpful. Breakfast was a treat, to suit all tastes. Check out quick and easy, this is a high end establishment, I recommend it.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike.

Summary: One of the best experiences I have had.

Positive: Perfect stop point for a long trip from NL to Italy. We arrived late in the evening and left very early in the morning, so our stay was just few hours. However great to refresh and rest few hours in a nice room.

Negative: The receptionist in the evening (Francesca was the name, if i am correct) was great. Really nice person. On the other hand, her colleague that was making the night shift was quite rude and grumpy. I understand that the night shift is not great, but that is not guest's fault. He should probably learn some manners.

Positive: Location, very close to motorway. Great stop off on our journey. Travelling with our dog as no problem, staff were very helpful. Hotel only 10 minutes away from lovely beer garden and great walk.

Negative: Paying for parking here is ridiculous! Luckily the staff gave me a free parking pass.Long wait at reception to check in, in spite of my having checked in on line, and the same when checking out. 20 mins wait is normal.
