Summary: The hotel was wonderful. This was not my first time staying here while in Kuwait. This trip was very short, so I didn’t get the chance to explore all the amenities, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great renovations to the spa and men’s health club. The room was amazing, and the small lounge offered a great dinner experience. The only negative experience I had was with the airport shuttle service. It was arranged for 2 AM, and it seemed I had to share it with other hotel guests. They were not ready on time, so the driver asked me to wait. I feel Abdallah, the front desk manager, could have handled this situation better. But overall, I love the hotel. Thanks!
