Summary: It was a nice hotel, at the airport, but still a long walk to get to it (not quite as convenient as I hoped). Our room was quite warm, and the A/C was slow to cool it. We didn't explore thd amenities at all, we just wanted to be close for an early morning flight. But the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Summary: The hotel was 100% occupied when we were waiting for check-in. Jil was able to quickly check us in and made some recommendations for us. Unfortunately our Superior Room was missing robes, slippers and a coffee machine but the staff brought these to our room. Conveniently located near Zurich Airport, clean and efficient. The food at Filini Restaurant was very tasty. Only complaint is that the pillows could be fluffier or have more support.

Summary: Rooms were very dark. Rooms and corridors smelled unpleasant. Thermostat either didn’t work or not well as room was very hot, making it difficult to sleep as well. One towel had stains and linens were very worn and very rough in texture.
