Summary: The hotel is due for a serious facelift; from dirty windows to the point I could not see outside (and when I could, that sight was not pretty at all), to dirty/torn carpets and patched walls and old room furniture that have seen far better days

Summary: The first time I checked in, I got a real dirty and terrible room. I had to insist on another room and finally they upgraded my room which was okay. However, the staff and service in the breakfast area was mediocre and inconsistent.

Summary: Rooms are dated took me back to the 80 s mosquitoes in the room light switches that don’t work and are loose carpet seems like it hasn’t been washed since being fitted lime scale on the taps water leak marks in the room furniture was dated and chipped basically the hotel rooms all need to be modernised reception and restaurant very nice with good varieties of dishes

Summary: Our cleaner Bhole was brilliant, friendly, polite and always ensured we had everything we wanted, water, toilet rolls etc. Staff in the BrewHouse were friendly and meals were nice.

Summary: The room was cancelled by the time I had arrive in spite of informing them twice in advance that I will reach by 1 am. After lot of struggle managed to get a room but the effort at 1 am in the morning left a bad taste in the mouth.

Summary: It’s near Gazipur dump yard stinky and not proper place to stay.Facility at hotel is like oyo room. Self service spirit younger people can live here.No one available on help desk number 6203 . Reception people don't pick the phone.For two guests in a room are provided one glass one small dirty tovel and many more . There is no system of billing at the time of check out but you have to pay every order at the time of delivery like road side Dhaba.
