Summary: Top!! Hotel rooms are close to the private beach. Noticed improvements from our last stay including free afternoon tea, mini-mart set-up, etc. Staff are flexible with a free room upgrade, early checkin as well as late checkout, and addressing noise of our neighbor. Great place to stay!

Summary: The carpets in the room and reception area had stains and should’ve been vacuumed. Breakfast buffet is favourite end of average quality. Staff super friendly and helpful with some level of English. The beach is clean close this hotel but about 200 m on either side, unbelievably polluted with plastic float some. No water sports are available and swimming only in secured areas in the ocean due to under currents. There is no city nearby so don’t expect any city life.

Summary: Great stay at this resort! First time in Vietnam and everything was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, and the staff—especially Thanh and Nhung in the main restaurant—made our stay wonderful.

Summary: Breakfast buffet food is excellent, clean room, amazing services from the staff, lots of activites, clean beaches, and super friend staff. Would definitely recommend

Summary: Lokation is everything, and the hotel is located right on the most beautiful beach. Good facilities, nice breakfast buffet, very clean all over the hotel, and most important very service minded and kind staff. One suggestion though, you should open the pool bars at 9 am, and have staff walk around taking orders, that would triple your turnover in no time 😊

Summary: Perfect location on the beach, big and nice room, very comfortable bed. All pool areas really nice, lots of sunchairs, breakfast buffet with a huge variety and the dinners I had in the restaurant was well prepared and very tasty. And the very best was the staff all over the hotel, always kind and serviceminded and always with a huge smile 😊 thanks I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction.
