Positive: Beautiful resort in nice colonial style. The location is one of the best of all resorts in Cam Ranh as it close to the mountain range (beautiful view). Nice spacious rooms. Twice a day water refill, which is much appreciated. Resort is kept well and has many facilities. Good breakfast.
Negative: The lobby/check-in entrance is small for such a huge resort. The pools are nice but some a bit small and all except one close too early (6pm). The mattress is very soft, our preference is medium firm, so we had some back aches. Food could be better for the price. We had some dishes that were really not good and some that were decent, but this is definitely a point for improvement, and because of it we went outside for food a couple evenings.

Positive: The most beautiful hotel. Everywhere you look is beautiful and well thought-out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the swimming pools were great, there was lots of space, the spa treatments were amazing. We loved the veggie food options at the beach club and at breakfast. The most incredible place weโ€™ve stayed!

Positive: The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and very well done. Beautiful, well kept grounds.
Negative: I was led to believe there was an Airport Shuttle service. Upon requesting it, I was told I needed to book it 48 hours in advance and they suggested I use a taxi instead. When I arrived at the resort, I saw 3 Airport Shuttle vans sitting in their car park doing nothing. I think for the price you pay, a minimum of USD200 a night, you would expect a little better service as most guests arrive and depart via the airport. I realise it is an extremely popular resort, but I have to wonder if they have stopped putting in the extra effort and are just resting on their popularity. This was my second time staying here. I also noticed, as I did the first time, a few problems in the room like blown bulbs and loose fittings in the bathroom. A bit more attention to details would be nice, and it's a shame to let small things fall into disrepair.
Summary: Peaceful and beautiful, but could do with trying harder to maintain loyal clients.
