Positive: The room size was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Easy location to get to old port area. Nice and close to be able to go sea swimming.
Negative: The staff were shockingly bad. Rude at times and generally best described as unhelpful and disinterested with a hint of distain. The beach photo is a private beach club so whilst you can access and use the basic loungers off to the sides on the shingle beach you might be disappointed. It’s costs eur50 for a lounger. The hotel will not contact the club on your behalf to book - one of the many “I’m not helping you” points. Decor in the hotel is very dated. Lilac bedrooms! And it is very very quiet - like a ghost hotel!

Negative: When on arrival it was stated no where and said by no one on the phone about a €700 deposit - we weren’t told about the bus that leaves the hotel every day or the booking desks at the hotel. We felt very unwanted and to figure it all out ourselves I Asked for a double bed via phone call to the hotel and didn’t receive one, even though we paid a higher price for the room we received - the room we got wasn’t the cleanest either, stains and marks in the room when we arrived. I had to re enquire 2 days later about getting someone to zip the bed together as no one did it for us I had to go to reception and ask for a cleaner to come to our room as no cleaner had been in for 2 days and we were low on towels and toilet roll and we had plates from room service that were still there ( there was no do not disturb sign on door ) The room was ok, nothing spectacular for the price we paid On arrival we were told that we can bill the restaurant food to the room as we now have a deposit left - we ate in the very elegant sea food restaurant ( staff was amazing ) but sooner found out you could not bill it to the room, the lack of communication in the hotel to us was not impressive.
Summary: Not worth the money, beautiful hotel though

Positive: Breakfast. pool area. Lounge area. Space in communal areas . Housekeeping staff.
Negative: It should be made clear that beach area for Radisson guests is a public beach. We were intimidated off our seats by locals we didn’t engage with. We felt very threatened and unsafe. They seem to be aggrieved that this area is used for guests. Check out staff and concierge staff unhelpful and would prefer to be anywhere else. €7.50 for a fever tree mixer.. outrageous in anyone’s book!’

Positive: The room was perfect, large terrace, wonderful sheets and duvets, excellent bathroom with walk-in shower and dimmable lighting (really necessary for getting up during the night), the lounge area terrace was simply relaxing, with so many exceptional plants and trees, nice swimming pool. Had an excellent dinner on the terrace of the Tritan restaurant !
