Positive: The hotel was 3 blocks from the main drag where there were a lot of restaurants. It was a couple of blocks away from the Shuttle bus stop that goes to downtown Cincinnati.

Negative: The building needs an upgrade but the room had a nice view. I stayed for 2 nights but they didn't clean the room the next day. The other thing that I learned is that they don't put complimentary water everyday but every 3rd day only, which was new to me. The guy at the font desk informed me but gave me 2 bottles when I asked. They were also nice enough to accommodate the marathon runners to have a late check out on marathon day.

Negative: The bathtub only had Luke warm water, had to use the ice bucket to add hot water from the sink. The bath matt was wet when I arrived, appeared as maybe it was taken right from the wash and never put in the dryer

Negative: Our first room when we got and had a bathing suit hanging in the closet that was wet so we went to the front desk and they moved us to a different room but the room that they moved us to wasn't as nice of the one that we previously had with a wet bathing suit hanging in the closet. I'm not sure if our original room had not been cleaned or somebody came back after they had left but we should have received the same room for what we paid and we got downgraded. And we try to take our daughter to the pool and it was freezing and dirty. The pictures online have way more Justice than what it actually looks like and I understand that this is a 54-year-old building but the same time that pool was just disgusting.

Negative: The hotel needs to employ more staff. The front desk employee was swamped and impatient with guests. If the hotel front desk was properly staffed the phone would get answered timely, and guests would not be on the receiving end of their stress from being overwhelmed.

Negative: it was extremely outdated and had bugs, lady bugs and I saw a few roaches in the hall way.

Summary: ok, I would not stay there again but it was ok.
