Negative: The communication of staff has been very poor. I left my wash bag at the property and contacted them twice by email and received no response. I also called twice and spoke to several of the staff who said they would call me back and let me know if they had located my wash bag.

Positive: Very comfy and what you expect from a Radisson hotel

Negative: On check in staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t tell us anything. We observed all French speaking guests taken to the lift and everything explained. Despite well spoken English we were given our keys and that was it I even had to ask what floor. This was very disappointing. We figured everything out but walked to town for dinner and didn’t use the restaurant. Breakfast was good but again I had to ask for timings etc!

Negative: I’d recommend little pots for the jams and marmalade and maybe have the tables set with milk sugar salt and pepper more convenient

Negative: No minibar It took from 1730h and leaving room heating entire night on at 24C to finally have comfortable temp at 7am. Unacceptable for such a hotel brand

Negative: Gym looks good, but hardly of use. Breakfast was a bit busy and selection of food not too great. No parking with hotel, but secure one close by

Positive: The location is quite good. Quiet and yet it is only 10 minutes from the train station and also walkable to the centre.

Negative: When we checked in on Wednesday, 08OCT around 4pm, the check-in staff appeared cold somehow. Then we had the impression that the staff are not friendly like those we experienced at the hotel in Strasbourg, Lyon and Cannes. However, the next morning we were well greeted at the breakfast location. Then we met 2 female counter staff who greeted us too. So we think it has got something to do with some of the staff and not all.

Summary: We think it is overall quite good.
