Summary: Our stay at this hotel was very good. The walk-in shower was fantastic with two shower heads. The air-con was very good, the room was large and the available TV channels were pleasing. We also appreciated the in-house safe. The room was well serviced every day. The only negative was that the beds were a big hard for us. The concierge and front-desk was also great.

Summary: The staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Whether it was to help me book a ride or even to help me with my luggage to a point that they were not obligated to help me with. That made my stay at the Radisson. To the staff.. THANK YOU. Their hospitality was so nice I hate having to mention this next part but i want to be honest. I’m not sure what was going on but from the moment i entered my room, i noticed there were gnats flying around in my room. I think At first i thought Meh, this won’t be “a thing.” But it was a thing and it was bothersome. I only stayed two nights and i was out and about so I dealt with it or else i would have asked to switch rooms. As i was Checking out I shared the gnat info with the lady at the front desk and she was apologetic. Hopefully the issue has been addressed. Also, I felt the door to my room was thin and i could hear too well the actions in the hallway. Just a personal pet peeve. Others may not take issue with that at all. I just Like a more sound blocking door.
