Summary: The hotel is away from the city and about 15min away from the airport. It was very nice however, in July it was very hot with no relief from the heat in the room, lobby or restaurant. The room was a nice size, comfy beds but pillows were way too soft. The breakfast was very delicious. The airport shuttle is an extra cost but very convenient.

Summary: AC inadequate ( although weather was warmer than usual). No body gel in the shower ( only shampoo and conditioner), no spare roll of toilet paper - ran out). There’s a strange placement of the shower cylinder in the room, with no privacy outside of it - awkward for sharing with other than a partner. A simple curtain would help. Free shuttle pickup, but had to pay to be taken to the airport.

Summary: We decided to book his hotel due to the proximity to the airport, convenience of the shuttle, and due to the A/C to give us a break from staying in Airbnbs with dry/hot climates. We were significantly disappointed (as well as another family as well) when we landed at the airport and could not get in contact with the airport for the shuttle service and was told by an airport official that the shuttle would not be available for another hour and a half. If there is a schedule listed somewhere, it should be added onto the hotel website or noted within an email post booking. After scrambling to get an Uber, we arrived at our room and turned on the A/C and quickly realized that the vents were located by the door and that it would be impossible to cool down the room with the basically nonexistent air flow that was most likely just cooling down the ceiling. We were hopeful that it would cool down throughout the day into the evening, however that did not happen. We had to sleep on top of our blankets with our window open and it still didn’t help. Just overall frustrating and we will not be returning.

Summary: Close to airport. Had a third party shuttle service which was on time and not too crowded. Italian restaurant in hotel was good.

Summary: We experienced unfriendly hotel shuttle drivers both ways, the restaurant service was disappointing, very very slow and chaotic as there was really only one person (Tony) waiting on every table the new assistant was pretty disfunctional. It was late at night and therefore tough to put up with such a wait fir dinner!

Summary: From 1650 until 1820 no shuttelbus to the hotel and when it arrived after 1,5 hour they wanted CHF 10 per person to ten you to the hotel. Calling the hotel asking for the next shuttle, they had no idea. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere and you are more or less stuck at the place. Service in restaurant confusing, didn't remember what we ordered, simply a mess. Food were actually tasty and good.
