Summary: The location is great and I don’t think it would take a lot of effort to make this an outstanding property. However, our experience was that of a tired, poorly maintained and somewhat dusty property that does not stand up to the Radisson reputation. See the photos we shared as witnessed in common areas, 3rd floor and our room on that floor. Travellers may want to consider other options while this is being addressed.

Summary: Old and dirty hotel, the bedsheet was not changed and full of human hairs and stains, gotta ask for a room change at 1am, it was a nightmare, very terrible experience, the room was facing the main street so it can get very noisy in the morning, and the fire alarm went off once in the middle of the day with unknown reason,

Summary: Staff at hotel lobby quite courteous, location is excellent, breakfast spread doesn’t have a variety and didn’t appreciated the rationing done by housekeeping staff for replenishments for tea/coffee bags/water bottles, had more than one instance of dirty towels/sheets being re-used despite requesting for replacement. Cleaning is not that professional

Summary: A great location - close to public transport. A lovely view over Flagstaff Gardens. Room was spacious and bathroom was very nice. Tge breakfast was fantastic and tge staff were all super friendly.

Summary: Excellent in every important respect. Room was all one could ask for, reception staff very courteous and helpful, very good breakfast and high quality dinner menu in the restaurant. Housekeeping was also better than average. Realy had no complaints about this stay.
