Positive: The spacious room. The location offered plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Positive: The pool was open and EMPTY we were the only ones there on a SATURDAY! It felt like our own private pool! Ocean front was super clean their workers picked up the sea weed daily. The view from the hotel was amazing! The hotel staff is extremely friendly! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back again!

Negative: What I believe to be the AC unit in the room makes a loud noise but the view is definitely worth it!

Positive: Right on the water. Loved walking on the shore hunting for shells. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was relaxing.

Negative: Hotel was being renovated, as a result the restaurant and bar had very limited operating hours.

Positive: The view is what you come for! We had a balcony that overlooked the ocean and had comfortable chairs for us to relax in. The room is quite spacious and had everything we needed.

Negative: The couch was grossly outdated and worn, we didn't even want to sit on it. The floors had hair on them and when they sent someone to clean it, the man didn't speak English and used a bucket and mop that looked as old and worn as the couch. We all know those things just push the dirt around, so we still didn't feel comfortable walking around without our shoes on.

Positive: The property is directly on the beach. Every room is a suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Just beautiful!

Negative: The staff was excellent…very friendly a helpful! There is no place for breakfast (other than coffee and Danish). We had to leave the property for a full breakfast. Same for lunch and dinner.

Positive: Excellent balcony view immediately above a nice beach. Suite room was spacious and comfortable. Near but not impacted by shopping and restaurants. Nice front desk personnel.

Negative: Room housekeeping is on third day. It seems cheap to skimp on this. A quick towel and trash pickup would provide a better stay, and despite the loss of a bit of profit, would keep an eye on the wear and tear on the rooms. The housekeeper was on our floor all afternoon anyway and I’d have tipped. If one relies on the house shampoo and gel, you’ll have to ask for more than is first set out. Also, the HVAC was fairly loud.

Summary: Good choice for a day or two at the beach.
