Positive: Peaceful pretty old world roomy home with everything in it for our stay . Lovely surroundings
Negative: Signage 47 could have been a little clearer at entry when coming from east . Access info via email the day before , rather than the morning of stay when out of wifi range . Especially as we found Google maps is not accurate in that area .
Summary: Lovely would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend

Positive: Absolutely beautiful little cottage on a farm! Lots of beds and couches, plus a nice kitchen, and lovely plants outside. It felt extremely homey and friendly. Fantastic place for a group of poor uni student friends - we had a blast. It's also very close to natural free hot springs you can swim in (Kerosene Creek, Warm Lake, Hot and Cold Pools), mountain biking and a free bubbling mud pool to look at. The horses and chickens made it so picturesque! We were warned the wifi might not work beforehand, but we actually found it fine. We only saw the owners a couple of times briefly, but they seemed very nice and gave us tips about where to go. Absolutely incredible value for money.
Negative: The dishwasher cycle didn't really clean the dishes properly for us, but it wasn't a major issue as we were happy to handwash.

Positive: The peaceful country location. Enjoying breakfast outside on the deck. Clear night sky for star gazing. The nearby hot creek for a swim. Lots of comfy couches in the roomy lounge room. The fireplace would be great in wintertime.
Negative: The kitchen is in need of some renovation and a spring clean. My adult children found their single beds uncomfortable - maybe fine for younger children? However, the double/queen bed was comfy. You can't go wandering around this working farm so you are confined to a small area.
